I began playing piano when I was 2. I would "find the notes that liked each other". 30 years later I found an old piano at the dump, small enough to fit in my van, and I began busking with it. I made more money this way than any other job I'd done, so I stuck with it. This collection was recorded on a Kawai baby grand at the end of a summer of busking, except for "Rain" which was recorded in my van on my busking piano as the rain fell. All of the tracks were composed and refined on the streets over a period of a year, during which time I recorded three other piano albums "in the field" so to speak. The other albums were recorded outdoors on my busking piano. This one was recorded indoors on a very nice piano, but retains the improvisational feeling of its authentic origins - Piano Busker Moments. Thanks, and enjoy. AJ
