It makes me immagine the lake in Queenstown, or the tiny market in Nelson, where I met you the first time. This is one of the best self-composed piano pieces I know whith so much emotions and passion. Love it, as always!

This album is a series of duo improvisations spontaneously recorded in one night in the Byron Shire.

Adrift in the vast blueness
Afloat in the blue vastness
Surrendered to time for the contemplation of the voyage.
Contemplation of the recesses of a quiet mind. Contemplation of the mystery of the starry night sky. Of our days and our nights, and solar eclipses, and luminous jellyfish, and sand.
Of loved ones, and cloud shapes. Of coffee, and pollen, and incense smoke, and choices.
Of music, and of tears.
Of parents and children and time.
Contemplation of the secret languages of animals.
Contemplation of the first rays of the sun on a snow covered mountain peak where no-one. Has. Ever. Stood.
Contemplation of polar ice shelves and the secrets they hold.
Volcanoes and the energy within.
Ancient movements of our ancient planet, our struggle to live, to love, to find meaning, to feel belonging, to know the sweetness of caring.
May the music remind you. This world of divine natural majesty, patiently awaits your contemplation.
